Shipping Policy
Immediately available items are usually shipped within 3-5 business days or sooner when possible depending on item availability and the post office run date. If you need your item soon, contact me to explore upgraded shipping possibilities.
If there will be a delay that causes your item to be shipped after the 5 business days, I will contact you in advance to inform you of the reason and see if it impacts your purchasing decision.
I cannot refund your item due to a delivery delay.
Return & Exchange Policy
Items are handmade, so variations and some imperfections are inevitable. That said, I work hard to maintain an excellent level of quality across all pieces.
Should you decide to return any undamaged, unused pieces, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
If your item(s) is damaged when you receive it in the mail, please reach out to me and provide pictures along with your order number, and I will work with you on a solution.
